In the early days, there was a huge shortage of Muslim girls' schools around Sri Lanka, which was a daydream for Muslim girls.

Al-Haj Badiuddin, who was a Member of Parliament, encouraged the public to start this work. After the foundation-laying work by Education Officer KL Chinnaleppe, Principals, teachers, parents and well-wishers, the mixed school with around 200 students was converted into Mahmood Baliga Maha Vidyalaya on 05 January 1971. Mr. The number of Muslim students increased during Navaratnaraja's reign. Again in 1965 the school became A-Aman Primary School. After 1961, U. Kalanthansha took charge as the new Chancellor. After the new edition, many foundations were laid to complete the work.

 Mr. MCA Hameed has inspired many schools on their path to success and has been appointed as the talented next principal. After the appointment our school was restarted and opened by Mr. M.C. Ahmed on the 5th day of January 1971. A pioneer of female education, late Mrs. Pathumuthu Haladeen was considered the first female teacher. This was a great source of pride for the Muslim community around Sri Lanka. 1971 was a turning point for Muslim women students. In the initial phase of our school, the land area is ¼ acre, (90×16)+(50×20)=2440 square meters with only buildings, well and toilet facilities. Therefore, as a solution, temporary trends for school buildings and land were contributed by the developers.

Naming

After the school was opened, its name was changed to Mahmood Balika Maha Vidyalayam. But the occasion was proposed because of Al-Hajj Badiuddin Mahmud's ill health. After the development revolution, the land for the school was given. On 9th April 1975, the area of ​​the school was increased to 5 Perches 13.12. Mr. M.C. Cyclone in 1978 The structure of the school was badly damaged by the 1978 Kalmunya Cyclone. College development

Bonding to each other will win anything. The growth of a school in particular depends on each student. There was rapid growth and development in school facilities and resources. Introduction to English

Our school was facing a severe shortage of English language teachers. Mr Miralep's hard work resulted in an English teacher being borrowed to continue his English education.
